Why Work Here Instead of a Larger Company?
You Work Alongside the Owner
This is not a foreman-managed crew you get dispatched to. You see how decisions get made, you learn the right way to read a tree, and you are not a number on a schedule board.
Varied Work
Residential removals, commercial trimming, crane-assisted takedowns, storm emergency response, stump grinding, and land clearing. If you want to build skill across the full range of tree work, this is it.
Year-Round, Not Seasonal
Upstate SC has active storm seasons and steady year-round demand. The work does not dry up in winter. Consistent field work, consistent pay.
ISA Certification Support
If you want to pursue ISA certification, we will support the process and work around study schedules — our arborist has direct experience with the exam preparation.
Small Crew — Your Work Matters
We run a small, accountable crew. You are not anonymous here. The quality of your work affects the company's reputation directly — and that is exactly how it should be.
What We Look For
Martin Tree and Turf Care is led by an ISA Certified Arborist and TCI Certified Tree Technician — we hold our crew to professional safety and quality standards. We are looking for people who take tree work seriously: experienced climbers with aerial rigging skills, ground crew who understand tension and compression in a loaded tree, and people who show up when they say they will.
We are based at 155A Lister Rd, Greer, SC 29651. Field work runs across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties.
